Material Inspection
Fabric & Material Inspection
We review fabrics and materials against the agreed specifications before production. This includes checking characteristics such as fabric quality, colour, weight, texture and overall suitability for the intended garment.
Sample Approval
Sampling & Specification Review
Before bulk production, samples and production specifications are reviewed to establish the expected standard. This helps ensure that construction, measurements, artwork and finishing requirements are clearly understood.
Production Monitoring
In-Process Quality Checks
Quality is monitored during production rather than waiting until the final stage. Garments can be checked for construction consistency, stitching, measurements, colour and other project-specific requirements.
Printing & Branding
Print & Embroidery Quality
For customised apparel, branding is an important part of the finished product. We pay attention to print placement, colour consistency, artwork reproduction, embroidery quality and positioning according to the approved design.
Inspection
Final Quality Inspection
Before garments move to packing and dispatch, finished products are reviewed for overall workmanship and conformity with the agreed specifications. Issues identified during inspection can be addressed before shipment.
